1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the engineering, procurement, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of rooftop solar photovoltaic systems provided by JRB Enterprises (operated by JRB Enterprises) to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
2. Quotation Validity & Pricing
- All quotations issued by JRB Solar remain valid for a period of 15 calendar days from the date of generation.
- Prices quoted are inclusive of standard GST, specified solar modules, inverters, standard module mounting structures (elevations up to 6 feet), ACDB/DCDB, cables, and copper earthing kits unless customized structure height is agreed in writing.
- Any civil work beyond standard structure grouting or high-rise customized scaffolding shall be charged extra upon mutual agreement.
3. Site Access & Customer Responsibilities
The client agrees to provide:
- Free, unhindered access to the installation rooftop, electrical main distribution box, and water connection for module cleaning.
- Clear shadow-free rooftop ownership/authority without legal encumbrances.
- Accurate electricity bills and authorized signature on DISCOM net metering documents.
4. Payment Terms & Milestone Schedule
- Advance Booking: 20% to 30% upon order confirmation and national portal registration.
- Material Dispatch: 50% upon delivery of solar panels, inverter, and mounting structures at customer site.
- Commissioning: Balance payment upon complete physical installation, testing, and submission of work completion report for DISCOM inspection.
- All payments must be made strictly to the official bank accounts of JRB Enterprises or authorized company UPI ID (jrbsolar@upi).
5. Government Subsidy Disclaimer (PM Surya Ghar)
Government subsidies under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana (central subsidy up to ₹78,000 and state subsidy up to ₹17,000) are disbursed directly into the beneficiary's Aadhaar-linked bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) and the State Nodal Agency.
JRB Solar provides complete technical compliance, portal upload, and liaisoning support. However, subsidy disbursement timelines remain subject to government agency processing, grid inspection schedules, and verification of customer credentials.
6. Equipment Warranty Terms
- Solar Photovoltaic Modules: 25-Year Linear Performance Warranty provided by original manufacturer (Fujiyama Solar). Minimum 80% generation guaranteed at Year 25.
- Solar Grid Inverter: 5 to 7 Years manufacturer replacement warranty.
- Workmanship & Installation: 1 Year complimentary installation warranty provided directly by JRB Solar.
- Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural catastrophes, lightning strikes bypassing building protection, unauthorized tampering, or physical impact damage by external parties.
7. Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes or arbitration arising out of contracts executed with JRB Solar shall be subject exclusively to the competent courts of Rajasthan, India.
